I’m Melissa Sutton—Health Coach, MSc in Clinical Nutrition & Integrative Health, yoga teacher, and mom of twins.

I created Wellness Warriess after years of navigating my own health challenges and realizing how confusing the wellness world can be.


My mission is simple: to make holistic wellness approachable, evidence-based, and empowering—so you can feel confident taking control of your health, one step at a time.
