Melissa Sutton is the heart and soul behind Wellness Warriess. With a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, and certifications in both health and ontological coaching, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and a holistic approach to her practice. Her qualifications as a certified yoga teacher and raw food chef allow her to integrate physical activity and mindful eating into her coaching, offering a comprehensive wellness strategy tailored to each client’s needs.
As an entrepreneur, Melissa is passionate about creating innovative health solutions that empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her approach is focused on making small, sustainable changes that collectively make a significant impact on health and well-being.
Melissa believes that true wellness comes from balancing all aspects of life - nutrition, physical activity, mental health, and emotional well-being. Inspired by her own role as a mom to twin toddlers and her personal pursuits in running in yoga, she understands the challenges of maintaining a healthing lifestyle amidst a busy schedule.
